We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share subscriber information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

In particular, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. These records may be processed by providers that help operate our messaging program and manage consent.

We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may unsubscribe from SMS marketing by replying STOP.

You may also email darindeveauphotography@gmail.com to update your information, request removal from either or both marketing lists, or ask about access to or deletion of your subscriber information. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

Information retention

We retain subscriber information as needed to provide the marketing program and meet applicable legal obligations. After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited consent and suppression records to document your request and prevent further unwanted marketing.
